Reginald Billingsby (Mr. Billingsby) is a medium hair tuxedo male that is a big kitten. He is friendly, playful, and affectionate. He loves to play,  so needs to find a home, preferably with another young cat, one that likes to play, or an adult female. He and Fraser chase each other and roughhouse in their foster home, and he likes to curl up on your lap if given an opportunity.
